No, it's not - except for the potheads on here who want to bring animals in the friggin' conversation.  Nobody has said weed is equally or more dangerous than alcohol, only that it affects drivers.

Driving while smoking pot causes accidents from time to time.  Anyone who argues this is a moron.

So does many others things more frequently. Anyone who tries to argue that pot notoriously makes people bad drivers is a moron.

Never did either...but yet I dont smoke or drink (often) either
That being said I think weed is less harmful than Cigs (some people use pot for med purposes and Cheech Martin and Tommy Chong have been smoking it since before 70's non stop everyday and have lived till they are old old men and not had any major illnesses to speak of)
and the whole issue of pot is just about tax revenues and the FDA not being able to regulate it because its a natural herb

Somewhere I also heard some countries are making strides on the cure for cancer with a mixture of THC...the FDA would crap themselves if they cracked the code of cancer with Pot

I think all cars should be have breathalizers designed to activate at certain hours so drunk/stoned drivers cannot drive while impaired. That would save probably more lives then you would think.
