The 49ers have agreed to a deal with free agent wideout Ashley Lelie, according to the Minneapolis Star-Tribune.

San Francisco is looking for a player to replace troubled Antonio Bryant, who was released by the team late in the week, but we're not sure Lelie will be much of an upgrade. The two wideouts' profiles are similar, though we'd give the edge to Bryant in terms of being an all-around talent. The Niners should continue to add talent at receiver in the draft.

MBF, weird. Check this out from RW:

"The Texans have agreed to a deal with free agent wideout Ashley Lelie, according to the Minneapolis Star-Tribune.
Lelie would been a nice complement to newly-locked up Andre Johnson as a deep threat, second receiver. He knows Gary Kubiak from their Denver days, so Lelie should be utilized better than he was in Atlanta last year."

Probably the 49ers since they cut Antonio Bryant.
