I've made that case already.   At least 1000 times.

The sad thing is people keep asking me to repeat the same thing over and over and over.   I don't want to, but the guy asked.

Its safe to say that this team had no talent at the key positions and that the Bucs were starved on all fronts. Truly not a bright spot outside of TE and the solid play from Caddy. I am just hoping to god that the Buccaneers can just simply find themselves into a motherload of starting caliber draft picks this year. If we have 11-12 picks...if we can land about 6 starters  Iwill be damn happy. I will be so happy if all the draft picks make the team and contribute. We could be onto something...

But Raheem Morris will need to go if we want to succeed.I wouldnt mind making him DC but he needs to go at HC. Bring in the guys that are right for the team, and then do what is needed to get a head coach that can be a motivator on the professional level and not the personal "chest bumping" level. That screams green and childish. You never saw Bill Parcells, Joe Gibbs, Vince Lombardi, Bill Walsh, Chuck Noll, Tom Landry, Bill Belicheck, or Jon Gruden chest bumping...But its ok...Mike Tomlin can do it...Raheem Morris can.

Save that for the players Raheem, take those few seconds actually recognizing the play then looking like a complete jackarsse.

I have a strong feeling that if Raheem Morris had been the Colts head coach this past season they would have made they playoffs. I also have a strong feeling that if Jim Caldwell had been the Bucs coach this last season the Bucs still would have a top 5 draft pick.

I think the Colts could have made the playoffs, but as a wild card - only because Peyton is so damn good and he wouldn't have had anything to do with Raheem.

LOL! Can you imagine Rawheem trying to send in the PuntTeam on 4th-and-4...as Indy HC...with P.Manning at QB?

P.Manning: "**CENSORED** you...we're Going For It! Get your **CENSORED** ing punt team outta' here, you stupid chest-bumping dumb **CENSORED**!!!"

That is a fact.

A fact?

Given our very bad QBs last year (other than Freeman) and the rotating coordinator problem, most head coaches would have failed.  No doubt about it.

I wonder how Bill Walsh (2-14), Bill Parcels (3-12-1), Tom Landry (0-11), Chuck Knoll (1-13) and Jimmy Johnson (1-15) would have done.  I can kinda picture that if any one of these guys were our head coach, and this had been their first year,....people would be crying and whining just like they are now.  Oh and I forgot to mention how all of these guys had a huge head start on Morris as far as coaching exp before assuming the HC position.  Yup Morris is DOOMED.

All I'm trying to say is that you guys would have run any of those others guys outta town too, and you would have regretted it because you were premature in your judgment.  Give Morris a chance, he might just surprise us.

You mean that they were thinking longterm success back then? All of those teams turned into "dynasty" type teams IIRC.  Interesting.

It still doesn't change the fact that you guys would have run any of those guys outta town.
