The guys that have nothing good to say ever, hate everything about the Bucs, and yet still post negative **CENSORED** every single day. Get a life. If your so unhappy with this franchise then why are you here? Come back when we are good again, because obviously that is the only time you are supportive.

Our Oline is the most overrated group of players in the league, the hype is mostly driven by he said/she said than actual production.

Now talk about moving on? I will admit gruden was an awful drafter, I also have proof that they,gruden and allen knew this, but they were awful drafters in oakland......and that team got to a superbowl.

And what has the team done in the last 6 years? Do you honestly think either not making the playoffs or getting destroyed in the playoffs was going to change under Gruden? Spare me with the "well durrr it'll be the same like that for rah hur hurhur". Seriously, that's the reason Dungy got fired. Gruden had plenty of time to build a perennial contender. He had the best defense and defensive coordinator in all of the NFL to work with and after 2002 he had no playoff wins to show for it. He wasted our defense. Terrible drafts, patch QB jobs, terrible dink and dunk offense that freaking sucked.

i love the gruden haters.....gruden is the excuse for everything rah rah and dum dum screwed up.

dont confuse me for a Gruden hater. i loved Gruden, but im also willing to admit his short comings. His/Allens drafting pretty much sucked with a couple bright spots. theres several years of proof, to deny it would just be stupid.

i dont understand the thought process of if you liked Gruden, you have to dislike Morris or vice versa.
