Anyone watch the most recent episode yesterday? Jack's lover dies....again!! I understand them wanting to not have every story end predictably and every "good" guy or girl live but it is ridiculous that every time he finds a woman he can be happy with she gets killed. Oh that and the fact that every season there is at least one traitor inside CTU, I mean you would think they would get their vetting process down eventually.

Anyway just venting my frustrations with the show, feel free to respond 24 fans.

24 has  not been good for a few seasons now. I cant even watch the new season.

It's been good this season.

They admitted they have run out of good ideas which is one of the reasons this is the last season.

The writers can't really do much more for the series as they have probably explored pretty much every terrorist scenario. That said, this is actually a very good season.

It was sad because she was one of the only reasons to watch the show.

I think it was done poorly though, I didn't really feel Jack's acting and just the whole thing seemed a bit rushed. It pales in comparison to last week when they found President Hassan dead though, that was well done because it came out of nowhere.

Actually they haven't explored every terrorist scenario. Le Femme Nikita despite having a shorter run than 24 had a lot more variety in regard to plot and twists.  Le Femme Nikita was the predecessor of what became of 24 really.

Yeah she got sniped in the last 15 minutes.  They just had sex.  Jack was getting Renee some water and his phone rang.  She came out of the bedroom to give him the phone and BOOM!  Shes dead.  Well she actually died in the hospital 5 minutes later.
