This thread is about FA eligible players in 2011, not just anyone on the team.

Joseph is no great shakes, IMO...

In short yardage situations, he is not getting the better of the guy in front of him.  Good guards will move a DT backwards...just saying...at least a few feet anyway.

Tanard is the keeper.

The rest are replaceable...and Carnell is expendable RIGHT NOW, IMO.  He is a platoon runner, and for good reason.

ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?!?!?!?!?!?

ARE-YOU-FREAKING-KIDDING- ME!!!!!!!!!!!!

Davin is a beast amoung manbeasts, he is our best o-lineman. Common!!! "No great shakes"????? COMON!!! You cant be freaking serious!!!!!!

1. Jackson
2. Winslow
3. McCoy
4. Faine
5. Graham

Winslow and McCoy will definatley not be FAs next off season.

Im not sure Graham will be either, but I dont know.

Being that you picked the top 5 players on the team Im suprised you did not have it mare like this.....

1.)Davin Joseph
2.)Josh Freeman
3.)K2!
4.)TJax
5.)Talib

Here is the list...

Ronde Barber, CB, $3.0
Elbert Mack, CB, $470,000
Sabby Piscitelli, S, $550,000
Stylez G. White, DE, $1.37
Tanard Jackson, S, $550,000
Cadillac Williams, RB, $2.3
Clifton Smith, RB, $470,000
Mark Bradley, WR, $1.2
Maurice Stovall, WR, $1.17
Davin Joseph, G, $1.72
Jeremy Trueblood, T, $1.75
Donald Penn, T, TBA
John Gilmore, TE, $1.25
Jerramy Stevens, TE, $1.42
Quincy Black, LB, $550,000
Adam Hayward, LB, $550,000
Barrett Ruud, LB, $3.26

So no, Graham is NOT going to be a FA in 2011.

Anyway, my top five would go like this...

1.)Davin Joseph
2.)Tanard Jackson
3.)Donald Penn
4.)Barett Rudd(if he looks like his good-ol'-self in 2010)/Clifton Smith(if not)
5.)Stylez G. White(if Barett Rudd looks like Garbage)

With that list:

1. Jackson - Best defensive player this team has.
2. Gilmore - Best blocking TE and gives assurance to our T's in pass blocking sets.
3. Joseph - Not the best lineman we have but the best on the right side and the depth behind him is scary.
4. Smith - Gives us a threat on both offense and special teams. Needs to have better ball security
5. Ruud - I'm not sold on him, but with the added depth of Watson, he can aide in the learning curve of this defense.

That "beast amoung manbeasts" was ranked the 78th best Guard in the league on PFF.

Yeah, that might be because our offense BLEW last year!

Alan Faneca wouldn't have done anybetter if he were in Davin's shoes. I cant believe im even having this conversation. I guess you didnt see Joseph maul people up and down the field last year.

No, unfortunately, I didn't.  Neither did anyone else with two eyes in their head.

The only OL on the Bucs who is arguably better than Joseph is Faine, and that mostly because of leadership. Where did Faine rank again? 30/34? Davin is clearly the most physical lineman on the Bucs' roster. Lossing him would deal a huge blow to our franchise.

Wait, Davin mauled people last year?  Where the hell was I at because I could have swore he played as soft as Ruud last year!!!  Davin had a good first couple of seasons but he is far from great - he is an average RG which further demonstrates the reaches by the previous regime when drafting talent.  You wanna know why we have no stud players look no further than the drafts under Gruden and especially Gruden and Allen!!

That's the lot of a 4th round pick. As a 3rd round pick Lynch would have been in a similar position at that stage of his career.

FRG is the most logical poster on this board.  You guys just don\'t like where the logical conclusions take you.

You guys DO realize that Davin Joseph is the ONLY PERSON out of this group that has made the Pro Bowl, correct?

Definitely would like to retain Joseph.
