Just because a term is in common use doesn't mean that it's not offensive.

If "no homo" has been removed, then someone prolly had a problem with it. The guy said he loved all the fellas in a non-homo way. Whats the big deal with that?

I thought Lovie said he wanted quickness & speed, even at the QB position?

Gerald, learn to use the word "pause" instead of "no homo".

i saw this on his twitter. I think the team told him to watch what he puts on his twitter. I dont see anything wrong with that but I dont think you would see somebody like Suh have a twitter account.

Nice try though.

Muche of Suh's tweets, twits, (whatever, seem to be about food.  Wonder if that will be an issue for him in TC?

Honestly, he said he loved some guys, but not in a homo kinda way. What is so wrong with that? Homo is short for homosexual. Is homo now a bad word? Is it not ok for someone to clarify they aren't homo? Political correctness is annoying.

I personally think Twitter itself is for homos.   Most childish thing on the web.

After Larry Johnson's tweet about homos that got him in trouble with the league and ultimately released (for that and a bunch of other things), the league and teams are sensitive to what players are tweeting. I think McCoy's agent had a word with him about it, which is why his "homo" tweet was deleted.

Faded def referred to getting a fade hair cut. I'm a college student and I've never heard of faded meaning drunk. Actually my cousin just said this to me a few days ago: "I'm going to get faded before the game" and he got his hair cut. so it was people telling him to watch what he says because of the "no homo" thing, which deserves a big ocho cinco style  "child please!"

Is homo now a bad word?

It always was. Although I believe it originally referred to dudes who used pics of themselves as an avatar.
