See, you're just coming late to the party.   I've been making fun of players and coaches I don't believe in for years.   LOL!    I think the Heemy stuff is every bit as funny as the Simms stuff though.   Some just won't admit that.

Ruud looked good b/c Brooks was batman. Ruud is a nice sidekick but definitely not a superhero on a defense.

I know but Brooks was the savvy veteran then. He was more of a focal point and most important player to the defense. Ruud took advantage of making plays without being in the spotlight.

You take Brooks away, his play declined ever since.

Since the Bucs won their division in 2005 and 2007, the opponents weren't exactly having their way with the Bucs.    I'll give you from 2009 onwards though.
