had they got the field goal at the end of the first half instead of allowing the clock to run out, there wouldn't have been a 62 yarder...and another chapter in buc history would not have been written...

Love it. This happened to the Eagles last week, Andy has a rep for that.

That was Donovan's mistake. He should have thrown the football out of the end zone.

I watched the play develop and I was ticking off the clock in my head. When he threw it short of the goal line I was shocked. McNabb is a darned good QB, but he still has mental breakdowns from time to time. And that play aside, if Brooks didn't whiff and Phillips didn't take a bad angle, there probably wouldn't have been a 62-yarder, either.

I'm amazed that at this stage of his career, he's still making those ridiculous mistakes. And Reid is still allowing it to happen.

There's a lot of good there, so you have to take some of the bad as well.

I agree but in that situation, you tell him to throw it in the endzone or throw it away. And if you can't trust him to do that, then just kick the fg.

McNabb makes an idiot play there, we were talking about it at the half.

Ronde was holding onto the receiver for such a long time after the tackle I thought they'd be engaged by the time they stood up.  He was NOT going to let them get in with the clock out.  Gotta love it.
