Many people have said opinions on various subjects may or may not change depending on next year after the CBA is signed. So I am curious who you all would offer a contract to. Of the 24+ Buccaneers that will be FA's next year, and assuming that the CBA is signed with no changes in regards to FA, which Buccaneers would you resign to a nice new contract. Not league minimum garbage, but real money contracts.  To earn that money, lets also assume that all the players played at least as good as they have in the past and maybe even better. Who do you sign, and who do you let walk?

Which response do we get this time? Butthurt? Needs medical treatment? Or the all time favorite, \"Drama Queen\"

Pretty clear choice to me. Some other guys might get dinky contracts like Mack, or Hayward...but those four are the guys that we need to do well this year and then reward them with long term deals in 2011.

I think they need to get done before the season, otherwise they won't all be back. Some of the agents will want to test the waters, they'll go on a visit and sign with another team.

Good luck with that. He won't be a free agent until 2013

Whys should Talib get a new deal? He has only played two years on a 5 year deal so far.

Neither is Chris Johnson, but it didn't stop him. Talib is already on the radar and the cusp of being considered a top CB. If he has a great season and becomes known league wide as a top 5 or even  top 3 CB, he doesn't seem like the type to honor his contract. We were lucky to have Barber and Kelly on the cheap for so many years. Today, top 5 CBs make QB type money.

Aqib Talib and Tanard Jackson are the only guys on this team IMO that are worth market value deals, which for Talib is going to be around 60 million total and T-Jax around 40 million total.

I understand, I'm just saying the only players besides the rooks and the draft class from last year who deserve new contracts are them 2.

Besides Gruden's 1st year here, what exactly makes you think that he would be a blue chip coach...his record, the players that he developed, his offense rankings...what???
