I was happy to see Gruden arrive and just as happy to see him leave. Talent selection was not a strong point of the McKay/Gruden/Allen collaboration. Gruden couldn't find a QB to save his butt. It's that simple. Dom/Morris found one with their first pick in their first draft, and appear to have a much better grasp on team needs. I like the new approach much better than dealing with rejects and retreads every year.I rooted for Dungy as a Buc. I rooted for Gruden as a Buc. I will root for Morris as long as he is here. I like the man and consider him to be exactly what this team needs. From all appearances the players and staff love the guy, and will give it their best effort (except for Penn). It is a very positive situation now, and that's been lacking since 2002. The Bucs are not a serious contender to even reach the playoffs, but I expect great strides to be made this year. It might be the last time the Bucs sail under the radar for many years. JMO
And if we did make the playoffs in 08, guess what the result would have been
Morris and Dom have brought in more talent in 2 years, then Gruden did in 7!!!!!!!!
I loved Grudens passion but it wasnt good enough
