Pete Rose should be in the HOF. Dude is the most deserving out of anyone and as far as we know was CLEAN. Yet the MLB will allow cheaters in.

Rose should be in but the cheaters should not.  Pete has a gambling addiction and was thus banned for life.  Had he simply been a cocaine addict it would've been A-ok.
