I really wish people would stop calling for the firing of Morris/Dominik after this season. It would only increase the amount of time spent rebuilding this franchise.

Agreed. I think Doms done a good job so far (MC signing aside). As for Rah, I truly do think he will be better this year, as will the team. I dont think there will be as many mind boggling mental errors on his part, like all the clock management issues we had last year....although there will still be some

How about having a mixture of talented veterans and young talented players???  This too much to ask?   I mean the best teams in NFL and in NFL history can't be wrong, can they?  Or perhaps the Glazers have found the Master plan for building a franchise.

IMO If Morris /Dominick don�t win 8 games then fire their losing azzzzes and bring in someone who can.  Potential/Develop�.you guys make me sick.  I mean I don�t see those cheap azzzz &$^s   charging us Potential/Developmental  ticket prices, right?

Following your logic then Cleveland should be a good team this season because they brought in the high-profile, winning coach Mike Holgren to run their franchise. Yet, the Cleveland game is "supposed" to be a game the Bucs shouldn't lose this season because Cleveland is no good. Which is it?

I expect our coaches to develop talent and win at the same time.  I expect this team to win and will settle for nothing less.

Thats an unrealistic expectation... and if you adhere to it, you risk facing disappointment.

Not every team can be winners ALL THE TIME. Its just not possible.

Improvement is all you can realistically expect.

     Im excited at the possibility that we could be building a dynasty that will contend for the superbowl year after year. Simply winning isnt good enough if it is the consistantly mediocre, old teams that Gruden was rolling out at the end of his tenure. Those teams were above average, but were never legit superbowl contenders. The only win I care about is the Superbowl. We are potentially building towards that......if that doesnt get you excited, I question your passion for this team.

This thread helps us take notice of the blowhards and trolls that really have no clue as to how the NFL actually works.  This isn't the NCAA where you just sign 30 guys that are the best at their positions and hope you got 10 stars out of that group.  There is this thing called the draft and there is a selection order and you only get one pick every round.  The very best teams that draft well may have 3 or 4 starters out of every draft.  Some teams get one or none.  Before Morris/Dominik we were lucky to have 2 legit starters per draft.  Over the last two drafts I see 4 starters from 2009 and 4 maybe even 5 starters from the 2010 draft.  So to say let's cut bait if we don't win the Super Bowl this year is ludicrous.  If you are a "fan" that sees things this way then please be a Patriots/Colts/Eagles fan because we don't need or want you here.

Thats what has me so excited about our future, everyone is growing together and is going to be on the team for a long time. With some continuity and development this is going to be a special era in Bucs football, I really believe that.

True. Last season the team was willing to take their lumps at QB, LB and DB's to get the young guys game experience and I think that will carry over to QB, WR and DL this season. Still a lot of rookie misstakes to be made. Next season is when it will probably all start to come together.
