i swear the more i think about this guy in pewter and red the more i forget about CJ or JT. If we dont end up with CJ or JT i will be just as happy if we get Okoye. If we can trade down to 9 or 10 and get him and get another second rounder. ill consider that more of a win than getting CJ or JT.  I still think that CJ is the man but as we get closer and closer to the draft i keep gettin the feeling that niether player will be there and that we will be better off getting okoye at 4 or trading down at 9, 10 or whenever. wat do you guys think of Okoye and what he could mean to this defense in the many years to come. he could be a very special player and id be happy with him if we dont end up with CJ or JT. thoughts

i just dont think that people should be upset if CJ or JT are gone because this guy could be just as special in my opinion.

I think #4 overall is too high for Anthony McFarland 2. Your take may be different.

"Okoye is a 19-year-old rising talent with a good amount of upside. He is still developing into his body, he's never going to be an explosive interior penetrator and his pass-rush moves need polishing. However, Okoye displays an impressive blend of size, initial quickness, balance and natural power that could lead to a long career as a disruptive NFL defensive tackle. Okoye has skyrocketed up NFL draft boards as a senior. His play reflects more of a second-to-third round grade but his age/upside most likely will land him a spot in the first round."

All posts are opinions in case you are too stupid to figure that out on your own without me saying it over and over.

If we trade back maybe.  Okoye reminds me too much of Mike Mamula to draft at #4.

If he was 19 years old people would be stupid in love with him too.

Heh...Mamula. The guy Rich McKay wanted to stay put and draft at #6 overall because Warren Sapp was too much of a risk.

pewterreportjf: jc510 - Yes. If Calvin Johnson and Joe Thomas are off the board at No. 4, the Bucs likely will draft Amobi Okoye.
