Before last year people were saying that caddy was done for, not only because of his injuries, but they were claiming he just wasn't good....They were saying he wouldn't even make the team...I argued on and on with people...they brought up his average, and I had to educate them on why his stats were effected....This is one of the many examples where I called for caddy to be the starter, and sure enough it happened, and now the consensus among everybody is that caddy is truly the best RB on our roster, and his career is not finished.

its ok though, there are once again a LARGE group of people who share your opinion, (so dont feel special, like in all your other examples where you think no one else saw those things) who are just as wrong as you. Not uncommon for a lot of  "follow the football" fans to get something wrong. Its easy to blame the LBs when the DL cant anchor in their gaps, or disrupt the OL. Just like its easy to blame the CBs and safeties when they are in coverage for 8 seconds and giving up bombs


There were TONS of fans who said Urlacher was over rated and not physical when Ted Washington left and Chicago's DL was having issues. Wonder how many of them were reminding people that they once thought that way once Chicago invested in talent on the DL and Urlacher started staring again.

LOL....okay...so I was wrong about marcus thomas and gaines adams....both before the draft even started....this was when I hadn't really seen them play except for a few highlights, and in adams case I said he was a clone of rice because of his height/weight/speed ratio...Once I saw him play more I quickly retracted this statement...
after the draft, after seeing more and more of them, I said they were going to bust....Everybody knows I've been an adams hater for a very long time...don't try this bull**CENSORED**

And as far as the garcia quote goes....I clearly stated in my original post in this thread that I thought garcia played well in 2007, but than started going way overboard with the happy feet in 2008. So, yes, I was happy when we first got garcia, and he did do well in 2007 like I predicted....I was also quick to say he sucked in the beginning of 2008, and I was hating on him all season.

And when it comes to clayton, I still stand by my position that he'd be a star receiver if he was drafted to a different team...I don't have the opinion that he will ever be good again..he's done for...but if time went back and he was drafted to a team that didn't try to change his playing style, he wouldn't have lost his confidence, which is the most crucial element to being a good receiver....the lack of production is not a physical thing..it's a mental thing.
