Everybody knows I hated garcia after the 2007 season when he started taking the happy feet too far, and his arm strength really started falling...I was calling him out all year, but still had to deal with a bunch of rabid fans who were saying that I was delusional...well sure enough, it's now widely excepted that garcia was NOT good in his 2nd year, and that he was the reason we didn't make the playoffs

People thought we were going to do great last season before it started...I saw differently in the pre-season games..people said the pre-season doesn't matter....well, either it was just a coincidence...or I was right...given my track record of being phenomenal at scouting talent, I think it's the latter.

Before last year people were saying that caddy was done for, not only because of his injuries, but they were claiming he just wasn't good....They were saying he wouldn't even make the team...I argued on and on with people...they brought up his average, and I had to educate them on why his stats were effected....This is one of the many examples where I called for caddy to be the starter, and sure enough it happened, and now the consensus among everybody is that caddy is truly the best RB on our roster, and his career is not finished.

Here is some more of your "truth telling":

Clayton is still a top 6 receiver on this team...cutting him "just to do it" would be foolish...I'm glad a lot of you guys aren't GM's.

First of all, clayton has accomplished as much as reggie brown, if not more..

Second of all, clayton is much better than stovall and spurlock.

Just because his 80 catch days seem to be over, doesn't mean that the 30-40 catches he's been catching per season since than isn't better than almost every other reciever we currently have...not to mention he's still not only the best blocker in the team, he's arguably the best in the league.

There is no team in the entire league where clayton is not a top 6 receiver on the roster. It's that simple. Clayton's ahead of urrutia, parker, spurlock, stovall, benn, every other camp fodder guy, and arguably brown.

there would have to be 6 receivers on our roster who not only are more purely talented, but also bring more things to the table than him such as experience and blocking. Add to that, that they'd have to be so much better and so much more important to have instead of clayton, that the money we'd be losing that is gaurunteed to him wouldn't be considered a waste. So, what bubble reciever that has never had the production clayton has had, hasn't spent as many years in the nfl, and isn't as good of a blocker as him is worth 5 million dollars a year?

No one here is defending clayton. Nobody has said he's the best receiver on the team, or that this is the year he's finally gonna go back to rookie form. All anyone has said is that even though he'll never be the same receiver that he was, he still isn't worse than 6 other receivers on this team. Plus he's still a great blocker, and he'll be eating up 5 million in cap whether he's on this team or not. We might as well keep him and utilize what he gives us in certain situations as a blocker and 3rd or 4th target at receiver.

I don't like clayton at all...But you guys are the ones who are biased...you let your personal hate for him make him out to be worse than he is.
