Whats your expectations for Raheem year 2?

Honestly and realistically, what is your expectations for Raheem this season?

How many wins does he have to get to keep him here?

if you cant answer that, then what do you expect out of the team and Raheem for him to stay after this season?

For me, my expecations win wise arent very high because we are a very young team. I really see this team struggle a lot. What I want to see out of Raheem is to have our team playing hard, keeping games close (and not out of hand), and I want to see the team ending the year as a team that is showing signs that they are putting it all together and are starting to understand how to win. I want that to be evident at the end of the year.

If the team just shows that its not getting any better and still getting killed then I know for sure that Raheem isnt anything more than a defensive coordinator. Wins wise if he fails to get 5 wins this year then I think he should be gone regardless. I say this because I see at least 6 wins on the schedule that the team can win if Raheem has them playing like professionals. I think anything more than six should be considered a win for this young team. I think it shows big improvement if he gets 7-8 wins this season and is more than deserving for another year.

There are two things I really want to see:

1. No more games where the team is flat unprepared to play and get smoked 42-3 like what happened too many times last year.

2. Better in-game management of time outs, replay challenges, etc.

Wins do matter to an extent, and with that said, I would say five to six wins would be an improvement for this football squad.   I expect the defense to be a better tackling team, which will be significant, if that becomes a reality, and really force teams to have to grind down the field instead of large chunks.  But this is where I think the Bucs will be exposed on the ground, so I can see some struggles.  But with some of the new starters on the front seven my expectation is an increase in tackles for loss.  As for sacks, I don't expect much from this group because the defensive ends look weak collectively as a group, but the possibility of a rotation, and blitzing, may change that.  Offensively I simply want to see Freeman improve his TD/INT ratio primarily, and if he is able to improve his completion percentage as well, that would be supremely great, but I have my doubts.  I don't expect a single 1000 yard rusher from this squad, and I doubt Olson commits to the running game, but I do expect the backs to average more than four yards per carry.  I also expect the new starting WR's to catch above 50% of the passes thrown their way unlike the starting duo from last year.

I don't think that there is an actual # that can be put out there to assure his return. I believe its all about how the team looks, responds, progresses throughout the season. I've already seen that Morris is evolving into his position... and i expect the team to evolve with him.

If Morris intends on a starting unit to play a series in the third quarter, of the third pre season game, would it be fair to assume that he in a way acknowledges that the team had severe issues after half time of games during the 2009 season?

That alone will lead to an improvement in wins. I also want to see him bring the young guys along the right way and not put players into positions where they cant succeed, which was a HUGE problem last season.

I expect him to be fired at the end of another poor effort and a season full of half full RJS's.

He was a bad hire to begin with.....there was no interview process to replace our former coach.  Gruden didn't like it that we weren't spending.  The Glazers fired him, panicked, and hired the mail boy.

Now, because of MARK DOMINIK we are slowly rebuilding......but our staff absolutely sucks across the board.

Just because the Glazers didn't phone you personally and let you know exactly who they spoke to about the coaching position before they hired Morris, you assume there was no interview process? Smart thinking.....really smart.

Doesn't the Rooney Rule state you have to at least interview a token white guy?  Maybe i'm wrong.

Don't have any specific magic number but I don't see us being a cellar dweller again like last year.  maybe middle of the road with 8 wins depending on how fast that thumb heals up for josh and how much he can limit the turnovers.   Schedules between last year and this year are night and day.  We should have more easy games and honestly last year we lost a lot of close ones that would have probably been wins had we not been starting a rookie QB and a rookie head coach.  I expect a lot better progress and Raheem to really show what he can do as a DC.  I better see some crazy blitz packages maybe a Monte clone but with a little Jim Johnson in him.    I expect a real OC  performance this year or Greg can see his way out for 2011.    I expect continued special teams play in the top half of the league and am excited and have high expectations for our new WR coach.    I expect Clayton to be cut and Ward and Sabby to get attitude adjustments real fast.    I expect Aqib Talib and K2 to both have amazing seasons and make the probowl.
