if i am john brantley, i have 3 ideas in mind. transfer to a D2 school for my senior year. graduate and transfer to another D1 program that has a masters program UF doesnt (is that possible, maybe the circus program at fsu?), or send my papers in to the NFL. going undrafted is a better option than returning to UF to run the option.i have never seen a program screw over a kid so bad. why did UF even recruit a passing QB?
i also gotta agree with biggs, UF "has" to have deep threats. they just arent being utilized, just like brantleys arm.
Looks like the Ducks might take #1 now.
I'd rather see Oregon over Oklahoma; how in the WORLD did that happen?Boise State doesn't stand a chance of making the big game now. They are making a case for more 1 loss teams by moving Oklahoma so far up.....insane.

Gators are falling apart. Offense is horrible, and the D is having trouble stopping the run. Meyer needs to take over play-calling until the ship is righted. And they need to get Brantley under center, for crying out loud.

Perception about one conference over another.Oregon has the 50th ranked SOS right now, while Oklahoma is ranked 15th. That's the difference right now.But "perception" of the PAC 10 isn't the problem since Stanford (13th), Oregon State (1st), and Arizona State (6th) have higher SOS's than Oklahoma does. Seriously, ease up on the inferiority complex.
I know Oregons SOS is why thankfully the worst team left is UCLA this week who beat Texas. No team that has been voted 1 or 2 in the coaches and media poll at the end have been shafted. But its mute because I think Oregon lays an egg. Pac-10 teams almost every year have the highest SOS... nothing new.

He said he didn’t know if Powell and Easley missed practice Tuesday, but said the veterans and freshmen are getting along.“We’ve been mixing in with them fine,” Brantley said. “They came in here, they’re trying to make an impact, and you can’t really ask for anything more.”
