Is going to be Mark Brunell. Gruden tried to get him once before. I bet he gets released after the season by the Skins and we pick him up. He'd be a good mentor for Bruce next year and if he does have to play is capable of playing well for a few games at a time.

At the right money, I have no problem with that.

Brunell woudn't be a bad mentor to Gradkowski. Brunell was basically the same player as Bruce when Brunell was still in Jacksonville.

I believe Brunell is a lefty.  Why a lefty to mentor a righty?  maybe mentor Chris?

Great idea!  AS for being a lefty, you want a guy to talk about and mentor him on the X's and O's.  It has nothing todo with lefty or righty.  Doesn't really matter to me if he holds the clipboard in his left or right hand.  Another positive side to that is, we now have experience working with lefty QB's and the change in lineing up and playcalling.  Shouldn't be too overwhelming if need be.

A veteran QB uses his head, not his arm, to mentor a young player.

I lived in Jacksonville when Brunell first took over and he has always struck me as a good guy. I think he would really help Bruce out and I think he'll be cheap.
