Blount just got Freeman killed on that blitz.  He called out the blitzers like he knew what he was doing then ran right past the guy blitzing off the corner.  That's why Blount is not ready to do anything but get some carries to wear them down.

It's tough, but good backs cross to the other side of the formation to pick up pass rushers. That's why early recognition is so important. If you're just reacting, you're right, there's no way to get there in time.
