I would sign Juaquin Iglesias off of the Bears practice squad, cut Maurice Stovall.

Flat out cut Kyle Moore. Pick up Cody Brown off the Jets practice squad.

Sign Seth Olsen off of the Vikings practice squad, cut Derek Hardman.

Pick up Mike Mickens, cut Elbert Mack.

Just a few roster changes I would do.

In school right now. But I do like to scout and find talented players buried on teams and in the draft.

Unlike the majority of posters here i would not begin to think I have the background to GM a Pro NFL team.. I'm a career  Firefighter/Medic and Insurance Agency owner. For me to be arrogant enough to think i have a clue as to how to run an NFL organazition ill leave to you.... Good luck.

I think this team is in need of some vetern presence.  I'm not say to go swimming in the Over-30 pool, but getting a player at a couple of key positions would be really beneficial.  I'd make a run at Sidney Rice and Ray Edwards.
