I have taken some liberties in the selections for each category so by all means adjust, but i think its safe to say Kerrigan isn't falling to the third, was hoping to be a bit more realistic. Also I feel very little need for QB,WR, TE, K. Safety, Corner and DT aren't pressing but could be upgraded depending on who returns/stays healthy.
Take 1
rd 1 Travis Lewis
rd 2 Allen Bailey
rd 3 Sam Acho
SFA Logan Mankins
FA Eric Weddle / Ernie Sims
Take 2
rd 1 Ryan Kerrigan /Robert Quinn
rd 2 Bruce Carter
rd 3 John Moffitt
SFA Mathias Kiwanuka
FA Weddle / Sims
I think i like 2 better, but really wanted Lewis.......

You're really taking big liberties with some of these. No way Fairley and Bowers fall out of the top 6 or so.

Allot will happen at the combine as well, so I am sure there is still a good deal of shifting, dropping, and rising. You will notice i tried to keep my selections realistic.

This list is very generous IMO, but I'll bite.
1st round: Ryan Kerrigan, DE, Purdue
2nd round: JJ Watt, DE, Wisconsin (added)
3rd round: Nate Irving, ILB, N.C. State
Splash Free Agent: Haloti Ngata, DT
Additional FA: Carl Nicks OL
I'd trade Roy Miller for whatever I could get and never look back if we landed Ngata. You throw him in there with BP, GMC or Okam and it almost doesn't matter who your ends are haha.

I am going to try and keep it as realistic as possible because there are no way some of those players are available when we pick in the draft.
1. Ryan Kerrigan DE Purdue
2. Jeremy Beal DE Oklahoma
3. DeAndre McDaniel S Clemson
Splash Free Agents: Logan Mankins, and David Harris

Bruce Carter was over rated and after having major knee surgery last week he will not play in the senior bowl or participate in the combine. His stock is plunging and he'll likely be a 3rd rounder at best.

1. Derek Sherrod, OT
2. Justin Houston, DE/OLB, Georgia
3. Nate Irving, ILB, N.C. State
4. David Harris, LB
5. Carl Nicks OL
If everything begins and ends with number five, then solidifying the offensive line should be priority number one this off season. With that in mind since I am the acting GM, I decided to to bring in a player who can play either left tackle or right tackle and only helps a young much maligned line in Sherrod, but he also provides insurance in case Penn's play regresses or should he succumb to an injury and provides competition at right tackle with Lee and allows the Bucs to let Trueblood walk.
The free agent signing of Nicks steals a valuable piece from a division rival, and allows the Bucs to move both Zuttah and Larsen to there more natural position at center while giving the team flexibility with regards to either keeping Jeff Faine releasing him or trading him.
The free agent signing of David Harris gives the Bucs a more downhill thumper then they currently have in Ruud.
The drafting of Justin Huston gives Morris flexibility within his scheme as Houston is a dynamic edge rusher, but he can also play in space in the 3-3-5 Redskin package.
Drafting Irving whom many consider to be a MLB after signing Harris is his ability to be kicked outside to the weakside and bring a nasty demeanor and physical style of play to the edge.
In Football, RESPECT is never given freely by your opponent. It must be TAKEN from them...VIOLENTLY
Great players cost a lot of money but help win games. High-priced players - a byproduct of poorly run front offices with bad scouting departments - only cost a lot of money.

Rd1: Ryan Kerrigan
Rd2: Allen Bailey/Sam Acho
Rd3: Nate Irving
SFA: Logan Mankins
FA: Ernie Sims/ Deqwell Jackson
This addresses both DE's, let's Iring/Mackenzie fight it out for MLB, addresses OLB, and replaces/upgrades Davin. I'd actually be very happy with that offseason.

Yucc,
You're forgetting about Dotson. No need to go for a tackle in the first round. Dotson is our RT next season and Lee is the swing tackle. Guards can be had in free agency and if I want to strengthen the OL, I'd make Manakins our splash signing. Okay, it's not flashy, but Freeman will be happy.

Nitey - Dotson has no experience and was a project when signed as an undrafted free agent, not too mention he is coming off an injury and hasn't played all season. The ability to add arguably the best tackle from this years class gives the Bucs flexibility, insurance and a long term option at two position should he pan out. While everyone is screaming for Mankins to be the splash free agent, one must consider his age and the dollars he would command over Nicks who is younger and must likely would come a little cheaper and weakens a division rival at the same time.

Travis Lewis
Bruce Carter
Moffit/Odowd
Kiwi
Weddle
Or
Travis Lewis
Cameron Heyward
Moffit/Odowd
Harris
Weddle
I really like the second option, but see Harris getting away as less likely than Kiwi getting away. No matter what I'd love to come away with Travis Lewis and Weddle, instant upgrades.
