And the hits just keep coming for Tressel and Ohio State.  Now they are reviewing "at least 50" car sales:

That headline is BURIED on espn.com.  If that were an SEC school, it'd be their lead story this morning on Sportscenter.  I watched all of SC this morning and there was NO mention of this.  Why?

Uhhhh... pretty sure that loaning your car to a student athlete is a CLEAR violation.  You can't even give these guys rides home much less LOAN them your car.

It'll be interesting to see what happens to OSU... The NCAA has no precedents.

I'm just sick of the double standard. UNC players get full year suspensions for admitting to being at the wrong place/wrong time. OSU Coach gets 5 games for LYING to the NCAA and his school.

And all this OSU trouble seems to have given Auburn a smokescreen to hide behind-seems everyone has forgotten about Newton's dad and play for pay.

I agree about Auburn.  But at least with Auburn, that was ONE player.  This thing at OSU appears to be widespread.  ESPN couldn't stop talking about Cam Newton.  But with OSU, its getting little mention.

I think that and perhaps their entire 2010 season being stripped will just be the tip of the iceburg. Before this is over, Ohio State may need to vacate a decade worth of football to have any chance at saving face. I think it's funny that Ohio State fans try and peg this on the Tat 5, when cheating has been as much of a trademark for Tressel as is his sweatervest. Bo Schembechler described Tressel as a snake in grass. I'm not sure anyone could argue that at this point. Since Ohio State fans like "count-ups" so much, its worth pointing out that it's been 4,571 since Ohio State beat Michigan without cheating.

Joe Bauserman is so awful. I think he may be the worst QB in college football history. No idea why Guiton has never been given a shot. Miller has a lot of work to do if he even wants to be close to Pryor average level of play.
