who would hte lockout be good for?
If the rules remain the same Blount isn't UFA until 2014 although a raise would be the right thing to do, something like 4 years, $10M. This is going to make people's head explode but Talib doesn't deserve an extension. If the Bucs are going to do anything with him this off-season they should take a page out of Atlanta's playbook in regards to what they did with Hall.Biggers deserves an extension.

Blount will be a free agent in 2012. Talib will be due a new contract in a few years. And there are a few others as well. These guys, if they keep up their level of production, are going to want big money.Are the Glazers going to put up the cash in the future and keep these guys?

Talib had 6 INTs in 11 games.You really think Biggers can match that? He was getting killed by Megatron.
