Man, let it go. No one is saying he won't get drafted,  that he can't get drafted reasonably early, or that he won't be a good player. We've all just said that his size is a question mark. You've spent way to much time and energy on this thread making an argument out of what isn't really one.

The original discussion was based around him playing guard, as your post below indicates. Once it became apparent teams were going to convert him to center he became a stronger prospect. Congrats to Hudson for getting drafted as high as he did, but we already saw 3 definite, and upward of 5, interior linemen get picked before him. He wasn't the super prospect people made him out to be.

Hopefully he lasts....teams don't usually draft guards in the first, but he will most likely be the first guard off the board, meaning maybe in the first half of the second....I'd like to think that the teams in the first half of the 2nd round have more pressing needs than interior line though

Wait a second, in this very thread you said he would be a top 15 player if he had a good combine and gained weight - which he did.  Yet he went 55th. 

You also said he was best Guard in the draft -  yet Pouncey, Watkins, Carpenter, Wisniewski, Franklin, Ijalana, and Gibert all went in front of him.

Hey dummy, he went after the Bucs selected DaQuan Bowers in the 2nd round.

If he gets his weight up and tests well, he'll probably make his way into the top 15....

The only time I even mentioned the top 15 is in response to another poster,v when I said that if he gained weight and had a great senior bowl/combine, he'd be a top 15 prospect....which is true considering he's already a 2nd round guy, and size is his weakness....if he eliminates his only weakness, than yes, he will move up from the 2nd round to the 1st round......

Yet another swing and a miss.
