After watching this, my respect for him has gone through the roof. I love the guy, great person, and hopefully turns out to be a great coach.

Finally caught it. Great piece. I never liked Gruden and give his followers a hard time, but I can understand where they are coming from. I feel the same way about Raheem and would be bitter if he was fired. Anyways, great coach. I love this team right now from the GM and HC down to the very last practice squad guy. Very excited to be moving to Tampa in April and getting my season tickets. Go Bucs!

From the very beginning there were those who did nothing but complain about his elocution. They said he sucked in his dealings with the media. I said what was important was his ability to communicate with his staff, and most importantly, his players. I said if he can talk that fast, imagine how fast he can think. I thought he was an excellent choice BECAUSE he could relate to the players. Somebody had to make the recommendation to the Glazers. My thanks to whoever it was, and to the Glazers for taking the chance. I love this team.

I can't believe our Head Coach has his hood tattooed on his arm with 5 of his friends. Think Mike Smith or Sean Payton have their hood tattooed on their arms? lol
