Good to see some more offense combined with a helluva outing from Niemann.

If the Rays can keep hitting they can get back in the race.

Nice comeback win vs the Jays...if they could just pull within 5 games or so by Sept, maybe they could make a run.
Where's the attendance for this game?

crappy relievers screw the Rays again

Rays' starter:  4.2 innings, 4 earned runs
Rays' relievers:  5.1 innings, 1 earned run

damn - look at the sea of open blue seats against KC.....guessing 8k attendance

Captain Attendance strikes again.  I guess wouldn't expect someone who isn't even a fan to acknowledge the bottom of the ninth HR, or the excellent outing from Hellickson.  Nah, the nurse who admits he isn't even a fan, yet spends all of his time on a fansite, wants to talk about the friggin' attendance.

Ahh, you're right.  Look at what happened the last time the schlub tried to talk baseball:

Keep up the good work, Captain Attendance.

Damn the attendance looks bad again for the Rays tonight. Hell the Royals have a better home attendance and they aren't even trying to be competitive. By that I mean having Jeff Francis and Kyle Davies start games.

Amazing ending to score 5 in the bottom of the ninth.

Incredibly bad baseball by the Royals in that 9th. Soria and Crow flat out didn't make any pitches.

Thanks. If the MLB had salary cap it would be alot more interesting. The rays will be back if they build their team like they did last time.

Would be interesting to see it with one. But its unlikely it will ever happen. They would have to rework a lot of stuff.
