My Opinion is for the Bucs to stack up on DEs

Adrian Clayborn- Iowa- 64 286

Clayborn is another quick defensive end who really does well shooting down the line making a play on runners going the opposite direction. Hes very stout against the run, and does a great job of slapping the tackles hands down and getting a good push against the pass. He moves well laterally, but needs work on wrapping up and finishing plays, often trying to make arm tackles. He could be a good fit playing a five technique at the next level with a little more strength

Ryan Kerrigan- Purdue- 64 263

Kerrigan is a pass rushing defensive end who uses his strength and his quickness off of the ball to penetrate the backfield. His athleticism makes him somewhat limited in coverage, which is why his best fit is probably in a 4-3. He plays a lot like former Purdue defender Ray Edwards who is now a stud for the Vikings. He does very well in contain, and gets a good push against the run

Allen Bailey- Miami (Fl.)- 64 285

Youll see Bailey a bit higher on many other lists, but I question his ability to stop the run. Bailey is a very good pass rusher as a 4-3 defensive end. Despite his size, he lacks the strength to be a true 3-4 defensive end, and should stick to a 4-3 scheme. Hes athletic for a guy his size and gets a good push in the pass game. He could easily move into the first round, but he needs to get a bit stronger at the point of attack and get off of the snap a bit faster.

Greg Romeus- Pittsburgh- 66 270

Romeus is a top notch pass rush specialist who is talented enough to be a first round pick. Unfortunately, his stock will fall a bit after having two major injuries in 2010, playing in only two games with a back injury, which required surgery, and most recently a torn ACL.

Sam Acho- Texas- 63 260

Sam Acho (bless you) is a stronger defensive end who can rush the pass rusher effectively. Hes an excellent penetrator, often disrupting the backfield. Hes not the quickest defender, and hes best suited as a 4-3 defensive end due to being a bit stronger, and more effective against the run. Acho is a very solid pass rusher and has a nice inside move getting off of the snap quickly.

No Justin Houston?
Give me a combo of Houston/Kerrigan and Romeus/Acho and I'll be happy.

Considering Ruud and Black are not signed

i like the Linebackers we have

Dekoda Watson :   6-2 ,240lb      23 years old
Adam Hayward :  6-1, 240lb      26 years old
Geno Hayes  :     6-1, 226lb       23 years old
 Tyrone McKenzie :       6-2, 243lb  25 years old

I hope Black can get resigned by the Buccaneers tho

I feel that but i think Clayborn would add some aggression to this DLine him and Allen could grow into beasts......

Allen is already a beast but with some pro training and help from McCoy, Price, Miller, Okam could really bring out both of their talent and make both of them better players

Houston's a DE.
I still don't know why they have him as a possible linebacker.
He's definitely a DE.

I just don't like Clayborn one bit.
Something about him doesn't seem like he'll be good.
Bailey will be a 2nd round pick and I like his skill set but I see us going Guard or Linebacker in round3 then DE again in round three.

If you really look at the bucs needs where they are lacking in talent as of now before Ruud and black arent signed are DE,S,OL but the safetys we have now did well and if tjack get back he just filled our need for this year......... OL is decent and has good players Davin Joseph is a must sign tho and as for Linebackers.......

None really standout in my eyes as a must get......... except Von Miller and Wilson.  I believe both are gone when Bucs are on the clock.... not a huge fan of carter..

my opionion is draft best overall talent avalible to add to our already talented young team......

I would like them to grab at least  3 DEs in the first 4 rounds and make our Dline more of a strong unit

4th round or later picks

Casey Matthews, 6-1/232  - Brother is insane
Mark Herzlich, 6-4 244 - Had top 10 talent before his cancer
Nate Irving,  6-1 240 - Never saw him play but his highlights make him interesting

I think the Bucs first 4 picks will have at least 3 front 7 players. I don't know if that will be 2 LB's and one DE or if it will be the other way around but the front 7 needs to be vastly improved for the Bucs to be legitimate title threats. I. for one, would like something like this
1. Houston or Kerrigan
2. Bailey/Bruce Carter/Martez Wilson (maybe trade up for Clayborn)
3. Mason Foster/Nate Irving/Pernell McPhee

The linebackers class this year is incredibly WEAK. It would be a huge mistake assuming we'd land two sure fire studs in this class. I can deal with one OLB and then maybe a FS or Guard for the next pick depending on BPA.

What about Kerrigan/Romeus/Edwards/Reed?

That's the freakin ticket.   ;)

Who knew how good it would feel as a fan when we now know what it\'s like for our team to have a direction, an attitude, and dare I say an offense?.

Good time to be a Bucs fan.

What if the Bucs came out with Houston, Romeus, and Rickey Elmore. That could be some heat of the edges.

My preferred combo is Houston and Romeus, but as long as we have a Houston/Kerrigan with a Romeus/Acho i'll be happy.
Andget Marcus Cannon the Guard from TCU in the second round and i'll be very happy.

I'm sort of curious why everyone wants to draft an interior lineman so highly? Do you want to replace Larsen or do you think the Bucs will not sign Davin Joseph? I agree that the Bucs should take a guard in this draft, but I think it should be 4th round or later after addressing the front 7 on defense
