Ignore feature obviously doesnt work. Kind of like how Gruden obviously couldnt cut it as HC of the Buccaneers. Raheem is the answer.

I've never considered myself to be a world champion poster. Thanks for the comparison, though.

One thing Gruden used to do was blame his losses on the team. Yea thats a leader right there. Probably why hes on ESPN now and lost his job to Raheem.
