Raheem's #1 achievement is making all the naysayers look like idiots and crybabies

Took about 5 minutes.    It's not as if that info isn't easy to find.    Since Heemy took over, that's the main info you can find on the Bucs.

Damn, Morris had to raise his players to act like grown men too? I thought coaching in the NFL was hard enough.

How is the coach responsible for his players actions off the field? I don't get it.

Mike Tomlin had similar issues with Big Ben and Holmes and their organization is doing just fine.

Funny how Talib and Hayes both got drafted by Gruden. Also Mike Williams never got in trouble another Fail for Java. Here is a good one for you Java, Show some links of players that raheem and Dom drafted that got in trouble. I'll wait.

Apparently a grown man shouldn't have to be held accountable for his own action. According to Java.

What coach left Raheem with those players?

Last I checked, you coach the players on the roster.   Not just the ones you draft yourself.   If you don't like a certain player because he doesn't meet your criteria for a player - you get rid of him.    Heemy got rid of the guys that didn't fit his idea of what a football player should be - Derrick Brooks, Warrick Dunn, Ike Hilliard, etc.     The only ones getting in trouble are the ones he liked to have on the roster.

Gruden's last two years in Tampa:

July 3, 2007 - Tampa Bay's Cox Suspended Four Games For Violation Of League's Drug Policy

August 24, 2007 - Tampa Bay wide receiver David Boston was arrested Thursday night and charged with driving under the influence.

November 30, 2007 - After 16 days without the arrest of any NFL player, the Buccaneers' Cato June arrested on drunken driving charge in Tampa

December 11, 2007 - Bucs' Stevens gets 1-game suspension for substance abuse violation

June 4, 2008 - Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight end Jerramy Stevens was suspended without pay for the first two games of the season and fined an additional game check Wednesday for violating the NFL's substance abuse policy.

July 21, 2008 - Tampa Bay Buccaneers reserve safety Donte Nicholson was tasered twice and arrested during a weekend scuffle with police officers at the entrance of a St. Petersburg nightclub.

October 18, 2008 - Bucs LB Matt McCoy is arrested for DUI.

Arrests happen.  NFL players are stupid people with a lot of money.

To be fair, you need to compare apples to apples.  Compare Gruden's first 2 seasons to Heemy's first 2.

Also, none of those guys you listed were even starters.   Gruden kept the stars in line.   He didn't have time to worry about the bottom players on the roster who never saw the field.

Raheem has starters being suspended.   Big difference.

I actually forgot to add Lionel Gates and Anthony Davis to the above list.  Both of them were arrested in 2007.

You don't know who Anthony Davis is?  Our starting left tackle in 2005 and 2006?
