Judges must be bred extra stupid in Minnesota. Dear god she's buying the decertification despite the fact that everyone still acts like and talks about the union. Wow. Good to know the players still have no reason to bargain in good faith.

Btw, considering the teams are the NFL, and the NFL plans to appeal, I doubt any teams make any moves

Things now return to what they were before the lockout. Operations return to the rules of the previous CBA.

Funny that you know how things will proceed... and the people that get paid to know these things don't.

Don't agree with siding with the players but if it gets us a season I'm ok with it,

I know? No, I don't know. It's my opinion.

ESPN Legal analyst Roger Cossack is now apparently stating the  the same thing. As I said before, stay tuned.

So this means there will be football this year right? Or is that not guaranteed yet.

Should know more by the end of the day tomorrow.

Whats interesting is that supposedly agents are advising their clients to show up tomorrow morning to argue workout bonuses. That's gotta piss off the owners.

Not yet. The owners still get to appeal. They could either win their appeal and lockout continues or lose and hopefully full on football operations begin ASAP. Could be months though.

According to Florio, the owners fully believed they were going to win the ruling.

He said his sources say the NFL is "rattled" and now meeting on conference calls as we speak to figure out what to do next.

Apparently the league's cheif attorney, David Bois, charmed the owners back in March and convinced them that they would win. Amazing so many rich men fell to the typical lawyer salespitch.

Lester Munson was just on ESPN and he expects the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals to agree with Judge Nelson.

Wait, I thought the general consensus was that the players would win the ruling? You're telling me the owners completely believed they would win? Talk about delusional.
