What is the progress with Al Woods. I was kind of disappointed we cut him so quick. Do he do anything promising with u guys? Is he still with ur team?

Woods was a nice surprise, but we also picked up Frank Okam who flashed even a bit more so I'd say even though he is a good player Woods has a chance to get cut after camp just due to numbers.

Next season Bucs and Saints on top.  Falcons slide a bit.  Carolina?  Well never mind about them.  Bucs go deep into the playoffs, but not quite all the way, but its a great season.

Saints      11-5
Bucs         11-5
Falcons      9-7
Panthers     5-11

Look for something like this:

Saints 12-4
Falcons 10-6

    NO rookie WR is (or ever has been) worth all the picks the Falcons gave up for Jones. "NEVER fall in love with any one guy in the draft" is a very basic drafting rule. A very out-of-character move by them, IMO.
The Falcons were very lucky in close games last season AND were just as lucky with avoiding serious injuries.

I loved it when one of the NFLN analysts said the NFC south was quickly turning into an arms race. I think that was right after the Ingram pick. I admit I was shocked to see NO trade up for him. I guess the reason I'm not too worried about it is because when Pierre Thomas was healthy he already ran on the Bucs well, factor in that with Brees, NO isn't going to become run first in the same way the kitties are run first, it just seems like adding Ingram really doesn't add all that much to the NO attack.

Regardless, the NFC South is going to be a tough as nails place to play for the foreseeable future - can't wait.

U might want to go back and watch that game. Peterson didnt get owned, it was a battle. PP won some and Julio won some. Julio also had a lot of dropped balls while at Alabama. His hands are no where near as sure as AJ Green.

U guys have done a hell of a job, including last year. All the analyst keep talking about the FailClowns, but as a Saints fan, Im more fearful of the Bucs. If I was starting a franchise I would have Freeman over Ryan

I think we will used Ingram as more a bell cow. Pierre Thomas is coming off a bad ankle injury and had to have extensive surgery, so who knows how effective he will be in the future. We have Chris Ivory who is also coming off a foot injury, but should be a promising young back...but is a liability in the passing game. Reggie is Reggie, he might wow you one day, another day he will rush for negative yardage. Ingram is more that sure thing. Something we havent had since Deuce McAllister.

I agree, the NFC South is becoming one of the best divisions in football. Oh and good pick with Luke Stocker. I was high on him.

cmon man, 89 yards and 1TD. He didnt "own" PP. He got him on a couple slants and got some ok yardage. He didnt beat him on any long routes or anything like.
