From Adam Schefter this morning: "My day-after sense of the teams that had the top 5 drafts. 1. Buccaneers; 2. Cardinals; 3. Broncos; 4. Lions; 5. Texans."

Dom and Rah have done a great job again!

The only one there are really uncertainities about is Bowers. Bowers' cieling if he can be healthy is what makes our draft as good as it is though. I don't think the Bucs could have had a better draft.

It appears that way. We'll see.

Can't wait to see that D Line play together.

It's funny how everyone is worried about Bowers knee so much when last years second rounder had a much worse injury. Price is the one we need to worry about. His hip issue could be a legit career ender.

Ironically, Caddy has had 2 much more severe knee injuries than Bowers. His isnt even an MCL ACL. It's a meniscous injury. There is no reason why he cant come back from that. That is fairly common.   I also felt like with the speed of defenses, these scat backs are going to be shelved. The Blount  types are what people are trying to get. We got a 245 pound guy who runs a 4.5. That replaces Williams for sure.

No, it doesn't.

Maybe Graham slides into the 3rd down back slot. But unless Bradford is great at picking up the blitz, he won't be replacing Caddy as our 3rd down back.

There is uncertainty with ANY rookie coming into the NFL. Add to that, ANY perfectly healthy player can easily suffer a major injury at any time, including practice, in such a violent sport as football. Bowers' injury doesn't seem like it's degenerative at all from what I've read. That seemed to be the major fear among many other GM's.

Yes. Foster, Bradford, Gaiter.

Gaitor is not a replacement of Talib so much as it is a replacement of Ronde.

I can't get too mad at the Gaitor pick. It fills a need and with what Raheem can do with DBs from small schools has impressed me so hopefully he will be able to come up and play like an EJ Biggers. Personally I think he might be more talented then Biggers and Lewis. Hopefully our Defense next year will be Talib and Biggers manning the 1-2 with Ronde in the nickel and Gaitor-Lewis battling for the Dime spot.

This is a good thing though because it basically all but says...bye bye Elbert Mack.

Gaitor is Mack's replacement. Black could potentially be Ronde's.

Yes. Foster, Bradford, Gaiter.

Bradford is being viewed more as a backup for Blount.
Caddy cannot be replaced unless you get a RB that can read blitz packages and pick them up. Caddy is really the only one on the roster that can do that. Some say he's one of the best in the NFL at that particular skill. You put Bradford in there instead of Caddy on obvious passing downs and Freeman is likely to end up on his back.

This skill can potentially be taught. But it requires a lot of coaching and experience. Something that wont happen during a lockout.
