Given the draft choices we have just made, I believe it is time for out Defense to step up and allow us to be a contender.  Once the lockout is lifted, whether we bring back Aqib or not, signing Nnamdi would truly put us in the position to do HUGE things in 2011.  I would love to see 21 come to Tampa and bring back another superbowl.  BUMP to show your support and bring Nnamdi to Tampa!!!

Dont want to be a wet blanket, but the dude is 30, will command huge jack,  and as much as I love the team,  I dont think they are one piece away just yet.

Well if we brought in a shutdown corner either to replace Talib or to be aside Talib, that will grant a great amount of time for the D-line to either produce a sack or force the QB out of the pocket to make a poor throw.  (Not that the D-line we are going to have next year is going to have an issue doing that allready.)  And I'm saying is this move from a business perspective will allow the  fairweather Bucs fans to see that the Glaziers are willing to spend the money to go and get a championship, I believe the move would generate a few extra ticket sales.  He's a huge upgrade from what we have at this time, it's just gonna come down to if we can afford to get him to Tampa.

I'd be happy if we signed Scrabble. He's only 30, still one of the top two at his position, and I get the feeling he's all business. I think the Bucs can spare some coin to improve their defense.

Having Nnamdi gives our defense the chance to take two steps forward this year, as the offense did last year. We may not be SB champs, but it would increase the speed at which we're getting there.

The Bucs aren't likely to pursue him, but even if they did, he still has the right to choose where he goes. I believe he'll sign with an established playoff contender.

People forget....Ronde is 36 and still playing at an amazing level.

People forget....nobody throws to Nnamdi....so he never tackles that much.

People forget...Corners can have amazing shelf lives....Barber...Woodson...etc.

Aso would be a great addition.

Can't stand the he doesnt fit...hes over 30 crowd.
