\\\"Java, do you understand this a perfect example of why people beg me to suspend or ban you on a daily basis? Are you actually trying to make a point? Seriously what is the reason for even commenting. In fact why do you even bother coming to the boards? What happened to the intelligent poster from years ago?  A real shame. Like the Bucs yesterday, a wasted effort.\\\"

I'm definitely in.  I'd love to have Asomugha and Talib back there, with Barber as our nickelback.  That leaves Biggers and Lewis in heavy rotation from the bench just to make sure Asomugha stays fresh.  Gaitor to the practice squad, and Mack out the door.
Imagine the Defensive backfield with Asomugha, TJax, Black, and Talib.  Talk about ballhawks.  Even if Talib and TJax screw up again, we'll have plenty of depth to cover those losses.

Asante could work his way in there someplace this season.

Asante is intriguing...I just don't see where he fits.  IMHO Grimm is the long term answer to SS and Black will develop into our long term answer at FS...Asante could be a rotational guy, but I doubt he takes Grimm's spot; Grimm is too damn instinctive and rock steady, he was arguably playing the best ball of anyone on defense by mid season.

In light of Talib being indicted tomorrow....

Discussing Draft Needs (and Wants) before finding out how active the Bucs are in Free Agency is an Exercise in Futility. And I\'ve gotten one hell of a workout....

I definitely won't be upset if it happens, but I'd rather sign a cheaper, younger guy.
