How would that help them recruit people?

I'm not disagreeing with the decision to not release them. I just, personally, would like to see the picture. Hell, I want to see that live stream from that SEALs helmet cam.

Not because I don't believe he is dead. I'm sure he is. I just would find it fascinating.

Obviously I'll never see that video though.

NBC reporting that Potus won't release the photos.

So much for transparency in government.

Reuters put a link up showing some dead folks from the scene (see Drudge) but that link quickly became inactive.

I wouldn't be surprised if Obama and his administration forced them to take those photos down. The promise to be more open? Ha ha! Just as bad as previous
administrations. And I'm not basing that on this incident.

Anything Drudge links to gets blasted by conservative posters.  Gotta remember that dude.

Im not eager to see the photos actually, but I still think they should be released.

That said, that's my personal opinion, and I do find merit in the argument that we would be upset if our soliders/leaders were paraded around by the enemy on camera/photo when they are killed ...oh wait they are arent they

When the government says "trust us," that is when you need to question it the most.
