Nothing can be done with either play until the lockout is over. We've been over this many many many times. Talib will likely get cut, multiple offenses. Magee may not, as this is his 1st offense that i am aware of and surely doesn't rank near trying to shoot someone.

When the lockout is over i'm sure everyone will be dealt with swiftly.

When the team uses its first 2 draft picks on defensive linemen, might not be a good idea to go out and get arrested for anything, let alone something that will likely end up costing you your job. Just made that decision a lot easier.
