If you want to see the Yuccaneers Days, look at the job Raheem did in 2009.
We were in a building process... and it sure paid big dividens for us in 2010? 10-6.

Beating one team with a winning record all year was a big deal?    And that team didn't even play it's starting QB all game since it had already locked up a playoff spot.

That 10-6 record was completely misleading.   2011 will tell the real story.

Heemy was "trying" to win in 2009.   He played vets like Leftwich trying to win games.    But he was in way over his head.   No way was Heemy ready to be an NFL head coach in 2009.    Freeman coming in and playing lights out was the only saving grace for that season.   Take Freeman off this team and it is pathetic.   Heemy got very lucky that Freeman was available to carry his ass.

How are you blinded by a 10-6 record!? any fan would take that for their team. That records a lock into the playoffs in any division. The Bucs defense won everything for them but it was Grudens misleading offensive proess wasnt it?

Nothing more?

He's won 2 other division championships as well with the Bucs.   Heemy's 10-6 team didn't even sniff the playoffs because the other teams in the division also had weak schedules and finished with better records.

Lets see... We had a top 5 defense as well? Defence wins championships. We won the SB with Brad Johnson for crying out loud! it was all about the D.
Gruden did nothing.

I guess Dungy did less than nothing because he couldn't get past the Eagles.

Dungy- soft guy that players are comfortable with
Gruden- Hardass who pushed people to win.

Morris- combination of both.

Yes you are.   You are saying the Bucs D won the superbowl.   But that same Bucs D was there when Dungy was here and they didn't win crap.    So Dungy must have been a negative for the Bucs.

Morris doesn't have the brain matter of either Dungy or Gruden.

Morris is more a combination of Flavor Flav and the Cuba Gooding Jr. character from the movie Radio.
