Well, if I looked at the 10-6 record alone, I'd agree with you for sure. But I think that was a fluke due to a weak as hell schedule. If he makes the playoffs this year, I'll say he's the man for the job.
Sounds good, but I doubt the Glazers listen to your opinion on whether playoffs this season is the deciding factor. I guess its always cool to dream though. I do think though that if he has a big setback, like a 6-10 record he wont be back. I think it has more to do with the effort of the players this season than anything. A 6-10 record would mean that the players didnt give their all, and thats on the coach. Especially with the talent on the team. Age/experience is the biggest factor with this team. Everybody who follows this team should know that.
