Key wording is "At this pace". It  will catch another snag somewhere. Made progress, but that's just how negotiations usually go.

$120M? Hell, in 09 is was $123M... So Beatles, I'd assume it's lower than expected...

I read there will be a floor this year too, how do the Bucs plan on getting to the floor in such a short period of time?

I'll gladly take about 20 million off the Glazers hands.

@Jason La Canfora A lot of heavy lifting done. Cap will be around $123M, with certain new exceptions and credits making it "feel" more like $130/team

We may have to just throw guys like Ruud, Black, Caddy, Davin, etc. a bone just to help get to the floor. I can't imagine being able to spend that much on other FAs alone. With the rookie wage scale, it will be even tougher because we won't be handing out a big deal to our 1st round pick. Dominik is going to have his work cut out for him if they have a hard cap floor. I was kinda hoping they'd give teams a break on that this year so we can add salary to get closer to a floor next year.

I thought Lovie said he wanted quickness & speed, even at the QB position?
