Guilty verdict - there was ENOUGH evidence!

The fact that Casey Anthony was the last person to have custody of her daughter, failed to report her missing (or dead) for 31 days, consistently lied once confronted, and the child was found dead and hidden, and she failed to tell what actually happened despite repeated opportunities to do so to her family, friends or law enforcement, (even when faced with the death penalty) was sufficient to find her guilty -- not necessarily of premeditated murder, but certainly all lesser charges. The duct tape and other forensic evidence provided additional, but not necessary, evidence.

she was the last one with Casey
The body was found hidden
She is the child's primary care taker
She has never told the thurth to this day (que It wasnt me song)
She has the exact brand of duct tape in her house - a brand that is uncommon.
Take the above facts and add in her behavior during the time the child was dead....what additional evidence is needed???

This generation is completely lost about what is truth...i guess we really can't know anything or believe anything according to this jury...

There is no reason to be prejudiced against evidence simply because it is circumstantial evidence. You make decisions on the basis of circumstantial evidence in the everyday affairs of life. just because there was no eye witness she can't be convicted?
You dont HAVE to have direct evidence to convict - we ALL (most of us anyway) KNOW she is guilty...

There are the university professor types (see Fitz66 posts) who think they know we cannot know a single thing without a series of scientific studies and video tape evidence...that is just absurd.
There is NOTHING wrong with circumstantial evidence...sometimes it is BETTER than direct evidence.

Your post proves this point.
What I mean by this - everyone has an opinion. Eyewitness observation comes with the opinion of the person sometimes. Sometimes simply having facts- when there are so many facts acting in unison- it is enough to go with and remove opinions of people with absurd viewpoints - such as yourself. You would have found her not guilty as well...looking past all the circumstantial evidence - which I find completely damning. Absolutely damning...without any doubt.

She was a pis poor mother - thats for darn sure.  If I had to guess, I'd say that she did it.  But that certainly isn't enough to put her to death .
