will FA Start already, Im JONE-SING SO HARD.

Soon as the 3 day period starts we will have a much better Idea where we stand after we see who we re-sign. I'm all about signing another guard, cutting faine and having zutta start at center.

Penn-Mankins-Zutta-Joseph-Clabo

Larson-Lee being the first line back ups. Faine 6 Mil a year??? Cut him and sign a back up off the scrap heap for 1-2 mill a year.

The scary part is if we don't resign our guys and then everything happens really fast as expected when FA starts....we could end up standing there with our d*#% in our hand and miss out on everyone we wanted. Then we'd be really screwed.

how about if New England retains the franchise rights on Mankins we trade them Faine and give Mankins a massive contract? NE might just do it to get some value for him

No way would they do that. Dan Koppen is a better center than Jeff Faine, and Faine is only a year younger, so it's not even as though he's got that going for him. I'm sure they would take some draft picks for him, but I don't think the Bucs would be willing to deal them any, nor would I want them to.
