You are taking some random rumor with no sources as settling it?

With that said, Bucs will likely not be in on Nnamdi.

I don't buy some silly rumor of conspiracy....but I've said all along he'll go to the Texans.

The best way to go is to focus on second-tier guys like Paulie Poz or Oline guys. Take care of those first. Positive momentum could lead to Nnamdi later. But he won't be one of the first to sign. He and guys like Santonio Holmes will look to drive the price up and will go later in the week, if not a week from now.

Wonder how many players will be cut as a direct result of teams freeing up cap for Nnamdi?

Lost a lot of good men in Nnam.....di.

Pretty sure they don't think JJ Watt and Brooks Reed bring them from 6-10 to Super Bowl.....

Don't mean to punch holes in your theory, but I doubt even someone like Aso changes that ... if he could do that alone, the Raiders would have been to a couple.

ive read plenty here that morris often used talib to man up the other teams best receiver...does jive with your analysis?

You're aware that some teams that almost always line their WR's (and CB's) on the same side of the field, yes?

And if Talib is manning up the other team's #1, then they probably aren't playing T2 - which I think was the initial point of contention.

3 - i think my point is there arent many on here that really know what we really do on defense.  i know i dont.

I think you would be wrong.  I'd venture almost everybody (save you and a few others, I guess) that has watched Morris call the defense over the last 20 or so games can see he see he doesn't run as much T2 as Monte, blitzes more than Monte, uses more 3-man lines than Monte, etc..   You can speculate all day about what he wants to do, but I'm telling you what he's done.

would you say 1/2 the teams almost always line up their wr's the same way?

and when talib is manning up the other teams #1, what is barber usually doing?

Jamarcus Russel was a HUGE albatross around the neck of the Raiders.

No, 1/2 the teams don't line their WR's in the same place most of the time.  Barber does different things everything play, from man to zone to blitz to roam.

I gotta be honest, brother.  The question bit is getting a little tiresome.
