Dom sleeps, others make moves. Great couple of days we have here.

Glad we missed out on Bush.
We did not miss out.  We did the right thing!!

Bush as a BUc?  Hell no.  Too much drama.  Bucs young team is better off not dealing with that prude of a football player.  He is overrated, and doesn;t create as many big plays as advertised.  Graham has better legs for that!
Reportedly, we did sorta miss out on Bush. Jeff Duncamp, reporter covering the Saints, said that the Bucs and the Rams were in play for Bush. If true, we might have been or currently are trying to upgrade Cadillac.
I wanted Bush as much as anyone, but not sure how you could blame this one on Dom. Bush isn't a free agent. Do you think the Saints were going to trade him within the division? Not a chance. Not a lot Dom could do here.

Dude that sounds a lot like logic!  You know that's not allowed on this board during FA season  :P

PFT reporting it is done as a 2 year deal, subject to a physical.

FWIW, also read somewhere Rams are considering Snelling as a backup to Jackson.

I dont see that as a great place for Bush. I dont think he turns his career around there just my opinion.

My initial thought too, but I've heard they are looking to trade for Kyle Orton which would be a good pairing. Still that team is determined to be just good enough to be 3rd in the division.

graham has a better YPC than bush, less mileage (carries), same yards/catch, 14 less career fumbles, has a longer run from scrimmage, in the past 4 years has a longer catch, knows the offense we run, and is arguably a much much better blocker.

but yeah, he's not as good at returning punts.

@michaelombardiReggie Bush was assured he would be the man. No Ronnie Brown back no Ahmad Bradshaw.  It's his show

Reggie Bush deal with the Dolphins, per league source: Two years, $9.75 million. He gets $5 million in 2011.

I would of paid him 10 mill over 2 years.

I'm pretty sure the Bucs would have as well.  However as someone said above the Saints were NOT going to trade Bush in division.
