Noel Devine has already been waived just 2 days in.

@Eagles: RB Noel Devine has been waived.

Not a Devine fan. Don't think he'll be successful at this level but it doesn't hurt to bring him in and see what he can offer us.

Eagles have like 6 RBs on their roster w/o Devine.  That and his size is more than likely why he was released and why so quickly.

He ran the 40 in 4.26-4.35 I say sign the dude he has unbelievable balance. Reminds me of a quicker Warrik Dune

Maybe, but at least Blount made it though the first couple days of practice.
