SOURCE-The Dolphins are indeed interested in extending a one year deal to Ronnie Brown;the Rams and Buccaneers are offering multi-year deals

Not sure how reliable this is, but Neal Driscoll is a columnist on the Miami Dolphins. Personally I'd like to Earnest Graham see the playing time as our 2nd running back and have Bradford as our 3rd running back, but that's my opinion...what do you guy's think?

Ronnie Brown is a decent backup, but he will have to beat out Graham.  And Graham, as a backup does so much more than Brown does...

I highly doubt R. Brown would sign with the Bucs... I dunno, just a gut feeling... - my source

If the Bucs offered him a long term deal, he would've jumped all over it. I'm skeptical

HA HA @ "my source"...

I doubt he signs because the BUcs management team won't pony up the signing bonus.

They will offer him a contract (if they do) that is back loaded, with no signing bonus, and claim they were in the hunt.

I could care less about Ronnie BRown though.  Would rather stick to the Battering Graham!

I'm not sure I'm buying this just quite yet. He's a writer for FinsHeaven.com....which may be closer to JoeBucsFan.com than PewterReport.com in terms of reliability.

On top of that, you have to realize that Ronnie is best friends with Cadillac and he might hesitate to take his friend's job.

Good point.

This entire thread is case in point why you people should be insiders.  Quick Hits touched on 3rd Down RBs today, and said the Bucs want to look at what Huggins, Bradford and others can do in camp  FIRST before signing Cadillac (or any other FAs presumably).

Doubt we made an offer, let alone a multi year one, to anyone if that's the case

Bucs are always mentioned. Purely negotiating ploy, don't believe it. Bucs have blinders on during the FA period.

Am not really a  Graham fan, but he is better suited to the Bucs than Brown.
