Night Practice on TV

I live in Orlando, and I just saw a commercial saying tomorrow's night practice will be on Bright House Sports Network (channel 47/1147 here). It starts at 7pm and last an hour, so it won't cover the whole thing, but the guy said it would be live from the sideline and they'll be doing some interviews.

A stream would be cool. I'm not making it out there. I could leave now and catch the last hour, but my wife has my camera in her car and I don't even feel like dealing with more traffic after my two hour drive home today. Think it's time to make a few 7&7s and relax for the night. I'm beat....be great if I could watch it on TV, but I have FIOS not Brighthouse.

Meh, it's nothing special on T.V. They have done interviews with Morris and Dom so far, but haven't actually shown anything interesting from the practice, mostly just brief glimpses of various players. Thirty minutes in, I'm not expecting much for the second half. Still, it's the Bucs, so it's better than nothing.

Hmm, they're showing some action now while interviewing Glazer. Lumpkin is 2/2 on goal line runs . . . now a play action pass from Johnson to a tight end (#80), he was tackled but reached for the pylon and touched it. He was signaling touchdown, but not sure if he was down before hitting it; they went to commercial before I could find out. Nice play on both sides. Hopefully they keep showing the action while doing these interviews.

Yeah they're showing almost nothing. Interesting interviews so it's not like it's a waste of time, but you certainly aren't missing much of the practice itself. Right now they're showing kids asking cheerleaders for autographs, for example.

Although I did just get a glimpse of Mike Williams catching a deep ball around a few defenders, that's pretty much been the extent of the action so far.

Lot's of cheering going on . . . if only we could see what was happening! Maybe the quarterback accuracy challenge?

Well, it's over now. I don't know if they weren't allowed to show too much of the practice, or if they actually thought it'd be more interesting to provide interviews where nothing interesting was said. Seemed like an excuse to for a couple of guys to get some air time in front of the camera. Either way, it was pretty disappointing, but still better than nothing.
