I heard that the game will not be on.  Is this true?

Of course it's true. The 72 hour sellout rule applies to every game, not just the regular season. You can still listen to the game on the radio while you play your video games.

Black outs on preseason games have to be the most ridiculous rule in all of sports.

Wow some are very dense

First of NO away games are blacked out the Bucs play AT Kansas City. 2nd it's a Nationally Televised game, and will be broadcast Nationally, meaning the entire nation will be able to watch this game (unless it's not sold out and the KC market would be Blacked out NOT Tampa). 3rd the game is on FOX 13 in the Tampa Bay area.

For the 2011 season a total of 11 games will be guranteed to be on TV in the Tampa Bay area 2 Pre Season games, 8 away games and the London game will all be on TV.

Please do try to keep up from now on.

Yeah this game is being shown everywhere except the west coast, but my comment was just on the basic stupidity of the blackout rule being enforced for preseason. It's horrible. First they expect people to pay regular admission prices for a preseason game...then they black it out when it doesn't sell out. All these rules do is crush the potential interest and excitement of fans.

All tickets should be less than 50% of regular season ticket prices and there should be no black outs at all. It's **CENSORED**ing preseason!

It's going to be a GREAT first opportunity for the Nation to see our Bucs!!!!

I'm so psyched I really don't know what to do with myself...   seriously.

Who knew how good it would feel as a fan when we now know what it\'s like for our team to have a direction, an attitude, and dare I say an offense?.

Good time to be a Bucs fan.

I have a friend who is a Titans fan tell me they didn't sell out their home preseason games last year but they aired them on TV anyways. It is lame we have to blackout preseason games.
