Raheem has grown up a lot since he first was named head coach.   When he was first named head coach, no way in hell was he ready to be a head coach.   I actually think at this point, he is ready to be a first year rookie head coach.   We'll see what he can do as a rookie head coach finally.   His first 2 years he obviously wasn't ready.    I still am not a fan, but we'll see how he looks this year.

Java says Rah wasn't ready last year even though he lead the youngest team in the NFL to a 10-6 record with only two road losses...and is only now willing to see what Rah can do...and you guys are blown away? Don't give the guy credit for a half ass compliment.

Java is an obvious troll with an old and tired schtick.  Dunno why people around here pay him and mind.

Java is just lettin his ego take over - nobody wants to be wrong. At first I didnt like Rah either. I hated that they fired Gruden - he was one of the best x's and o's guy & a Superbowl winner! But also a terrible drafter and personelle person.
Rah is a master motivator and a great tallent evaluator. He chose Free when NO ONE ELSE had faith in that pick. Kudos to Rah - the man has proven himself a winner. Java - nobody is perfect - just swallow your pride and admit Rah is a good coach. Everyone see's it - and you do too.

watching Sapp and his expressions sold me hook, line and sinker. Go back and watch Rah in 2009 and look at him now. He has matured and become the unquestioned leader of the Buccaneers. He has his players ready to run through a brick wall for him and the confidence he shows in this team is something we have never seen in Tampa Bay.

Love the Glazers, hate em or call them cheap but they had a plan, stuck to it and now the promotion of both Dom and Rah looks like pure genius.

Im not saying the Buccaneers will win a Super Bowl this year but there is no doubt in my mind that Dom, Rah and #5 will be holding up that Lombardi trophy
