If the Bucs are 1-3 or 2-2 after four games, this will be just enough to make sure they're not a playoff team again. Then how's that ''plan'' going? The onus is on MD to make sure we go 3-1 or 4-0 without Talib. And I don't want to hear this nonsense that it's still a growing year. That mentality is for apologists and losers.

This could cost the Bucs a shot at the playoffs. Calvin Johnson still haunts my football dreams.

Dude, he eats my football dreams alive.

Well, as long as it is four games, you can be sure he will continue to act like a dumbasz when the final whistle has blown on the regular season.  Talib is a goon.

I hope Raheem seriously considers trading him.  The guy just doesn;t get it.  He is in need of help.

I know talib can ball.  But he is so damned silly.  I am sure he would fight me for saying that...

wow, 4 games wouldn't be too bad given the fact that this isn't his first time getting in trouble with the commish.  I seriously thought he was looking at a 1 year ban.  admittedly, it will tough sledding on defense even when he is eligible even tougher when he is out.  As others on this thread have noted, wiith Talib being out early in the year getting off to a poor start could really hurt our playoff chances.  BUt what did you expect? Again, 4 games is relatively light given the nature of the offense and the fact that he is a repeat offender.

the light sentence could be because of the facts he gave Goodell and the support of the team coachs GM and the owners staunchly behind him.

You're assuming the Bucs would go 3-1 or 4-0 w/Talib.
